OMA          Pedrestrian Bridge | Jojutla, Mexico

In collaboration with Infonavit and Centro de Colaboración Arquitectónica (CCA); OMA was commissioned to design a pedestrian bridge in an effort to boost and revitalize important public and service infrastracture in towns devastated by the 2017 Puebla earthquake. Infonavit and local architects began their reconstruction efforts in Jojutla, Morelos.

The pedestrian bridge, a low budget government subsidized concrete and steel structure, aims to connect commercial and residential sectors of the town, while separate levels provide a change in program and pace for commuting.
